There should be a black bracket on the left side of the TB that holds the throttle cable connections. It connects to the TB via 2 bolts on the front, and one on the side. Remove those three bolts. Then disconnect the two throttle cables on the left side of the TB by that bracket. They just push off the studs they connect to. Then, remove the vacuum hose that connects to the front of the TB, and then disconnect the 3 sensor wires (one is on the back, one is on the side, and one is on the front I beleive). They are just wire bundles that have clips. Just disconnect the clips being careful not to break them. That's it, it should pull straight off at that point.
Reinstall is the reverse. I always replace the gasket that goes between the TB and the intake with a new one.

well there are some stuff out there at autostores, but i've never cleaned mine. i have however heard of throttle body cleaners. brake cleaner would probably work just as well. be careful though i don't know if it will do anything to the aluminum TB or any of the sensors.
