well i smashed my CAD on a rock or something yesterday and lost my 4wd on the trail again. im not paying 230 for a new one nor to i want to pay 199 for the posi so im making my own. so far its coming out great. im going for alittle better job then that one someone posted on here one. ill post up some pics and tell you how it goes.

nice, when you get it done, you should post some nice pics of everything (how you routed the cables, what you changed, etc)

if i ever get around to locking my axles i'll be going that route also

heres some pics, this is as far as i got, tomorrow im going to try to get it all in. removed the c-clips and bored out the hole in the bottom of the fork so it would slide over it easy and then i put a spring over it. then i drilled a hole in the housing and another in the fork.

Ok guys its all done and works perfect. im really tired right now and cant do a good write up. i did alittle one on pavementsucks. sorry for my bad spelling but im dead right now. Ill try to go a better one later

Both running to the CAD or the one running from the engine to the CAD
