Default electrical problems

i have a 1998 ram sport RC SB 5.9 auto 4x4....the problems i am having are:

the intermitten fuction for the wipers doesn't work....high and low wiper functions work fine

and

cruise control turns on in the dash but will not engage

any suggestions!?!?

One thing you can try with the wipers is to ground the wiper motor. Just run a wire to a good ground and connect it to one of the mounting bolts on the wiper motor. This was how I solved the same problem on my Spirit.

Not quite sure on the cruise, but it could be a vacuum leak. Try looking for a broken line underneath the battery. I've never had this problem, but it rings a bell that your problem could be in that area. Others may chime in if I'm wrong.

i have the same problem with my wiper delay function.. .hi low works but delay doesnt.... when i shoot it out and t/s it ill tell ya what i find..
