Any ideas on how i can get what i need. maybe from a dealership? I would get a bottle jack from somewhere else, so it could actually lift the truck, but what about the thing used to get the spare down?
Junk yard The part to lower the tire is built into the handle of the jack/tire iron if I remember right.

Defeinitely Rom, I have had to use mine before. Popped a tire in the parking lot of the county jail while picking up my buddy. Long Story. Anyhow, you will need the set of tools for the truck to get the spare down, the special end to adapt to the lift mechanism is built into that set. In the same instance I found out the stock lug wrench wouldn't fit into my ftermarket tires. An X wrench later and I am all good in that department.

i think everyone has a story about picking up someone at the county jail... lol

i run a cheepy 4way from autozone and the stocker bottle jack.. for now atleast.. seems the bigger i keep going with the lift..the crappier that bottle jack turns out to be.. for now it makes as a great stop for stuff to stop rolling around in my truck toolbox in the bed

My 95' had them right behind the middle seat in the tools storage rack that spanned the entire width of the truck. And the jack was always under my pass seat.

Good luck.
