though i do think we should put a frequently asked questions thing up at the top... you know like stuff about suspension, exaust, tire sizing, and stuff like that (genearl stuff for the enthusiast but not really looking to tear into the engine block per say)

[edit] ok so the FAQ is already there.. i just forgot that. [/edit]
A FAQ is a good thing to have. The problem is a new member (which are the ones that usually ask the tire/lift/exhaust questions) tend to skip right over the FAQ thread, which has quite a bit of info in it. [&:]

I think that part of what makes this place so cool is that it is so informal when it wants to be but gets down to business when it needs to be. I can understand that splitting it up into sections would make it easier to moderate but it would loose it's ... um ... "sittin' round the campfire - talking about our trucks" feel.

"Sorry - wrong campfire ... you want the one for wheels/tires." [>:]

I like the format now. If I wasn't listening in on everyone elses topics, I probably wouldn't know as much as I do. It gives you a broad spectrum of topics that appeals to everyone even when they are not looking for anything in particular.

[sm=bounceybounce.gif] Works fine as is for me but what the heck do I know I just got here. I can't handle change so soon.

Yeah, I like it the way it is also. Not enough posts in a day to split it up. I also think you would be more inclined to get an answer if ALL the posts are on one page for easy skimming over. My only suggestion would be to have a "BS Area" on the 2 gen page so that we could have our own "Off Topic" area just for us. I can't stand going to the "Off Topic" area on the main page - too many disrespectful punks on that page - including a couple of the section moderators.......

My vote went to keep it the way its been going. "If it isn't broke then don't fix it!"
