anybody know how to get the rust out of the injector rail? it keeps plugging up my injectors.

 

You're going to have to remove it and soak it in solvent. Seems like you have a bigger problem, such as contamination in your fuel tank. The filter screen and the pressure regulator should be preventing debris from travelling up the fuel line like that.
