Bah! I used my fingers and popped it right out. That $10 I saved went into the beer fund.

Didn't have the correct tool for this so I used a small screw type hose clamp, made it small enough to fit inside the connection, pressed it in, and off came the line. $.29 if you have to buy it, or if you are like me dig in the bottom of your tool box and get one from there.

ahahahaha... you guys kill me... I used to do the same thing, fab a tool to save a buck or 2 but realized that having the right tool in the box the next time I need it is priceless...

Having the right tool is a plus, but having a tool with multiple functions is what I like. You know, pop a fuel line, pop a top, etc.
