What is is and how do you know if your truck has recieved this tratment, and are there any remidides?

I have an '01 and i am currious if this could be affecting my truck

If you have the flash you should have a sticker under your hood some where. If you don't be thankful because it sucks. I had some work done to my trany and got my truck back and it had no power. I found out they flash my pcm. What a **** off
