Default RE: spark plugs

I tried the Bosch Platinums in my 360 ( I bought the plugs at NAPA ) and found that the threaded area of the plugs was longer than they should have been. My mechanic also stated that he felt they were a hotter plug which was causing detonation.

Default RE: spark plugs

You can use the regular BOSCH platinums, just NOT the +4s. They weaken the spark too much, and the platinum doesn't seem to last as long, especially in motors like the V10 that have a DIS.

They're known to not work in many more motors than they actually work in, and for the price...that's really sad.

There are better choices out there for the Ram anyway. Autolite platinums, Champion Copper, and Champion TRUCK plugs all work MUCH MUCH better
