vsraptor where do you live? depending on the state code for the build sheet some rams came with different emisions.. like steves old 360, that thing had 3 stock cats..and he lives in california regardless,, this cat bolts right to the exhaust manifolds/headers.. it is in no doubt a direct fit replacement.
