winter is among us and i was curious to know what you guys carry in your rig for out on the trail , in the winter, when off roading and what not, kinda want to make a check list and want to be prepared for anybreakdowns etc etc etc....

 

all the gear one would carry for summer wheelin trips plus a case of matches(not a packet, but a case with several boxes in it). 1 nice heavy jacket, 1 nice heavy duty rain jacket, 2 blankets, 2 towels under the rear seat. full change of wardrobe to include socks and extra pair of boots, anything to keep warm. it all really depends on how far in your going and how long you plan on staying out. of course the longer the trip and the further away from civilization, the more items you need(mostly items to keep/stay warm)...one other thing, a bottle of lighter fluid for a quick charge on a warm fire...

 

Before you head off road, make sure that your vehicle is up for the trip, toolbox properly stocked with the right tools, first aid supplies & survival gear, cell phone, spare tire, tire chains, tow strap, shovel, hi-jack, 12 volt air compressor, Jumper Cables
Pry Bars, is what I like to take with me

 

always always always have a blanket incase you breakdown and dont have heat.
