Default Programmer Question

I am curious about a compare/contrast between hypertech and superchip from guys that have used them. I have a friend that has used both in his chevs, and said that the hypertech was really only noticed with a trailer in tow. Also, I have oversided tires and a looking at regearing, and would like to calibrate my speedo. Will both of these units do this or only hypertech. My specs are below for my truck. Might go to a 35 inch tire with 4.10 gears just incase any might want to know.

Thanks in advanced.

The superchips adjusts speedo for tire size. It doesn't have a specific input for gears but you can work that out and adjust the tire size to compensate.

The only resan I went with Superchips was it covered more engines over more years. I thought if I bought something a little newer than my '98 then I would be covered. My Superchips covers gas engines (V-6,5.2,5.9,4.7,5.9 Hemi) in the Rams from '98 to '03 (no V-10).
