I am running the race ready 2.5" Cut outs from summit racing. They sound freakin sweet when the caps are off. I wish I could of found a set that you can open and close from the inside of the truck but I could find was 2" ones and I didnt want to go that small.

You can get the kind that you climb under the truck to open, or the ones that work with a "choke" cable, or electric ones. Prices vary. What are you looking for?

im look for the electric ones my friend is getting me one from a store up by me and for 140$ im gettin the y pipe the elctric cut out with the manual choke just incase and if all that fails i gotta go under the truck and cap em.. which isnt a bad thing b/c my truck has a mild lift... but i heard things like in the winter about them freezing up and gettin stuck.. i was thinking about it and wouldnt the heat melt all the snow/ice off?

do Y pipes have to be welded or can they be clamped? i assume welded, just checking

and also for the manul cutouts that you have to remove by hand (not electric), do they come with the Y pipe you need or do you buy it seperatley?
