V8 not idling proplerly
I have a 2000 ram with a 360. Sometimes when I start the truck it idles very high at about 1200 to 1800 rpm. If I shut the truck off with it in gear, then put the truck in neutral and start it back up, it will idle fine. maybe 10 or 12 starts later, it will idle high again..... Anyone have any ideas??

10 or 12 COLD starts later?
And 10 or 12 seconds later it will idle high in gear? or in Neutral? Is the motor still in warm-up mode at this point? Below 180 degrees?
