Default what do you guys think...

i edited this picture to show somewhat what it'll look like.. i found running board lights at autozone for 40 bucks.. comes with 12 lights.. each one amber color, around 3/4 inches wide and 3 inches long.. im thinking about running them-6 down each side- along that bottom lip of the body. that light is about 3/4 inches wide so it should fit pretty prefectly.. im just not sure about the look of it yet.. so what do you think??

i think it would look really good actually.. unique and ive never seen it done..and will match the clearence lights on top.. pretty sweet idea dude!!! just make sure when you mount them to dress up the screw holes so no moister seeps through ruining the metal and the lights.. other then that that would look really cool i think..

yeah im excited to see it at night.. the running board lights are completely water tight.. all im going to do is drill a small hole threw the body for the wires.. and use heavy duty 3M tape to hold the light on.. beleive it or not that tape is very hard to get off.. i was standing at autozone looking around and just came across those lights and was like hmmmm... so im going to give it a try maybe this weekend while im putting hte body lift on

also i have black rust protectant paint that i'll just spray from under the truck to cover the holes.. im sure that type of paint will keep it from rusting up

yeah something like that.. except i want mine to run the entire length of the body.. and also look into mounting 2 or 3 on that bottom plastic shroud along the bottom of the front bumper
