When I start my truck up (Cold) It Idles very rough. Sometimes in the winter it wont start at all unless I keep my foot on the gas and hold it until it warms up. It does fine when its warm. What should I do to fix this problem?

Check your fuel pressure

Check/clean/replace your idle air controller/valve. It's on the throttle body.

Check/replace your coolant temperature sensor. It's what helps regulate idle when the engine is cold.
