Custom fab work.

sell your truck, buy one with doors. Or, you can do the custom fab work, pay others to do it when you can't do it, and you can have one truck that you sunk so mmuch money into that you could have bought another truck with the suicide doors.
You won't get many responses other than "sell your truck, buy a new one" asking that question.
If you try to do it yourself, your truck will look like garbage. Kinda like when people spraypaint their rims with their tires on and the tires get paint on them. Or when you see those dark "hood scoops" that look like someone stapled them on their hood.

x2,
I hated my extended cab at first because with the power seats it was a pain in the *** getting people in and out.
Now, no one rides in the back seat besides my daughter and I can store as much crap back there as I want and not need to worry about moving it around for people.
I would say stick with the cab you have.
