Anti spin diff.?

I kinda understand limited-slip term. And tru posi-trac is from what i understand is a no brainer. But the term Anti-spin differential is one i have never had explained to me. please help?

Posi-traction was a GM term for limited slip. Anti spin a Dodge thing. It's all the same idea, none of it works well
