Default Which transmission do I have?

I downloaded the manual and was trying to figure out which transmission I have. The plate says DGB for the transmission code but as others have found this is not listed in the manual. I was able to get the part number off the side of the transmission, it is PK52119516AA. I searched for info on the part but came up empty, I would love to know what i've got. Is there anyone else that has run into this and knows what that code means or has access to that part number info? I just bought the truck and have requested a build sheet but it says it can take up to two weeks and I would like to know before then. Thanks

That part # pulls up a 46RE so I am assuming you have a 97-01 dodge.

That is correct, it is an 01. I suspected it was the 46RE since most of them are but I wasn't sure. Where did you find the part info? I am pretty computer savvy and couldn't find it anywhere. Thanks

Dodgeparts.com. It is a site that sells stock mopar parts and accessories. THere prices are usuaully cheaper than the dealership too. But the bad thing is you dont get it overnight like the dealership.

When I go to that site and put in the part number I get no results. Do you need to do anything special to use their site?
