Default Blaster 2 coil

how do you hook up the baster 2 to the distributor, does the coil end require a male or female connector

Best bet is a blaster 3, if you already have the blaster 2 you need the tower of power adaptor. The end of the coil has to be a male. More info check out: https://dodgeforum.com/m_405881/tm.htm

I have read about guys who just had the coil wire custom made to have the right type of end (female or male) on both ends. That seems to work too.

I just cut the stock clip off and spliced the blaster 2 clip onto it

Exactly what I did, no problems here. Knock on wood.
