Just horrible...
I ordered a FastMan 52mm TB a few days ago and as you guys may have noticed, Dan said that he would be leaving for a while. I hoped that I had ordered it right on time, but unfortunately I was too late.
Now to begin the waiting game....Ah well, I suppose the best things are worth waiting for.

Minnesota Hunting Season takes precedent over everything and I do mean everything - School, work, marriage, trucks ( except to use getting back to the hunting shack), kids, yes everything.
I had the opportunity to sit and talk with Dan awhile back and he is definitely an avid hunter. Right now I think it is geese and other waterfowl. The first week of November is the start of firearms deer season. Actually right now is bow hunting deer season as well as small game. Not sure if Pheasant season is still open. I think Fall turkey season has already passed.
Gets kinda busy in the spring too for those of us that have the Turkey bug. Haven't missed a season in 10 years. Again the truck does get some use getting back in those remote hunting areas.

Yeah, I intentionally ordered my fastman a few weeks back for the hunting reason. Other than noticing Dan takes a bunch of time off in the fall, being from Iowa, I spend most of my days in October, Novebmer, December, and January either Hunting (muzzle loader for deer right now, bow next, pheasent, quail, squirrel) or Ice fishing.

I'm a'goin blackpower in Nov here in NC. Got to find me a new place to hunt. The feller's place I used to hunt passed away so I may have to hunt public land. Which some has good deer but gits crowded at times. When I was out west fighting fire I saw a bunchs of quail and chucker. Would deffently like to try them guys on fer size sometime. I used to do a lot of grouse hunting but something happend to them. Hard to find any more. Would love to see them come back like when I was a kid. Ain't nothing better than hunting thunder chicken.
