Ya, no muffler does sound pretty aggressive. Can be a little overboard though when your on like a 3 hour drive. To much in cab resonance.
I wanted to try a Gibson, but this muffler shop didn't have any. I think I probably still would have gone with the Flowmaster though.

The Flowmaster SUV 50 I took off is going into the "parts for sale" section on this and other Dodge forums tomorrow if no one here wants it.

Is there any way you can post a sound clip? I have been having a hard time deciding between Flowmaster and Magnaflow for my truck. A sound clip would really help me make up my mind. I dont want anything quiet and the Super 40 might be the way I need to go.

Only way I can think of doing a sound file would be to take some video, and post that. Will that work for you. I'll have to do that tomorrow though.

Just take off the muffler. It's a American v8. It will always sound good

Well, it's snowing pretty good out now that I am home from work, so you might have to give me a little more time to get a video posted up here.

For a sound clip for any of the flowmaster muffers got to www.justflowmaster.com. You can hear any of the and see what you think. I have to agree that flowmaster is the way to go. just gonna depend on the sound you want as to which one you should go with.http://www.justflowmaster.com

I listened to those sound clips on Flowmasters web site but I want to hear what it sounds like on our truck. Every car and truck will sound different so listening to those sound clips just dont do it for me.
