Fuel cooler mod
yeah everything here gets heat soaked and it takes forever to get the heat back out of it. thats why that mod is so good... it removes the heat out of the fuel as you drive. think about it your ambient air temp is 100~105 deg, what is the temp of the gas in the tank going to be while it sits outside? if your parked in the sun, the whole car is going to be way hotter than ambient temp. including the fuel.
I think if you were able to feed the frame rail with cold/cooler air from the front and force it down the rail, it would be equally as effective and safer.

I thought something like the flexlite transcooler with fan might do the trick.

EDIT: But with the cooler climate I live in I think this mod willl have to move down my list of priorities as I don't think I enough hot weather to benefit enough for me to bother at this time.

you'd have to kick the fan on all the time. the t-stat that is built in is setup for 160 deg so it's not going to kick on . I think your best bet is the box with direct flow from the front of the truck.
Well idk, a fan all the time aint so bad! lol You could put a switch so if it's like below 0C out you can turn it off! lol A box seems like alot of hassle doesn't it.

well this should help...

it's a manifold to allow measuring a fluids temp. just get the right sender and feed it into a Spal controller

this controller is user setable, I did the research already for another project.
here's half the stuff you'll need...
