im looking into getting flowmasters and i dont want somthing real loud in the cab at high speeds. butt i would like to here it at idle and when i get on it. will the 70 series be the best ?

 

I have a flowmaster on mine, but it was there when I bought it. Is there any way to tell by looking at it what series it is? I like the way mine sounds, and it isn't too loud on the highway. If there's a way to tell by looking, I'll take a look and post back.

 

Flowmaster force II just got delivered to my house. I will let you know what I think of it once installed Saturday.

 

I'd go for the 50 series. I can't imagine the 70 being loud at all at idle or when rev'd as the 50 doesn't make that much more noise than stock in cab.

 

get the 40 series its not that bad , you might not be happy with the 70 , its all preference

 

70 would be rather quite.....
