Thanks for that link to the tank removal. I did the test on both relays and they are good. Will drop the tank Saturday. Any suggestions for a vendor for the pump? Quality first, price next.

when I did mine, I got it from Napa... $160 bux.

I dropped the tank and got it out ok. Removed the pump and purchased another one. Still sore from crawling around under the truck and wrestling with the tank. Will install this weekend. Thanks for all the help fellas.
The link to the manual really helped.

Finished it up today. A sigh of relief when it fired up. The formerly inoperative gas gauge is also working again. The grandkid is very happy again.
