Default 95 dodge ram fuel problem

whenever i am out in about under 32 degree weather, the truck feels and sounds like it runs outta gas.... i put in dry gas and then after about 30 min or so of idling, it goes back to being fine? it does this even if u put in 6 cans of dry gas I KNOW this is not good for it, but what is wrong with it? Bad fuel pump bad fuel filter/strainer?

very weried!! I do not get it, only does it when it gets COLD under 32 degrees

any help as it is getting to be plow time and no time to worry about this problem.

Fix the vacuum leak first. Might be hurting the trucks overall performance.

And what other truck info is there? engine, AT, std,
