Headder question.
I am looking at headders on Summits web site. They have their own brand shorty headders for $200 or what looks like the same thing from Eddlebrock for almost $400. Other than namebrand what is the difference. Both claim a 15% HP increase. Is it really worth double price for the name brand? Just looking for you experienced opinion. Thanks!
The Summit Headers are Pacesetters. Theres a few people on here that have used them, some have had no problems others have had leaking/bad weld problems. Shott has has problems with 2 sets of the Edlebrock headers croading in under a year. Gibsons seem to be the best way to go, never heard a bad thing about them.
I guess its up to you if you want to take your chances with the Pace Setters, some have had good luck others not. Just inspect them to make sure all the welds are good before you put them on!
