NGK, Champion, and Autolite are all good plugs to run in these trucks. Avoid platinum plugs. Good old cooper plugs perform better, just don't last as long is all. I'd rather have the performance given how cheap and easy it is to replace plugs. For wires, MSD 8mm or 8.5mm are a good choice. I run Mopar Performance 7.5mm. I have no opinion on oil. I like what I use, but most people like what they use, so it is really about what makes you comfortable, and what you want to spend.

I use Champion Truck Plugs in mine. I also use Mobil 1 synthetic. You can get a 5 quart jug of it at Wally World for around $20. I still change it every 3k miles or so.....
I also have the MSD 8.5mm wires - but I think they are a little overkill. $$$

I wound up getting autolite 3924s ( i think it was 3924s) regular resistor copers, and quakerstate hi mi with slick50 additive. im gonna change the plugs out today, and do the seafoam 1/2 in the booster, and 1/2 in the oil itself. After its run its course through the oil im gonna change that out and see how i like the quaker.
