Default Check engine light on 97 Ram 1500

When i go to check the code the check engine light will blink 5 time then it will pause then blink 6 more times... can anyone tell me what this means?

Also when i go to accelerate I will get hear a tick tick tick sound. Im thinking it just might be the injectors being loud, but is anybody having the same problem?

Looked up error codes and found a generic: P0056 - HO2S Heater Control Circuit. HO2S = Heated Oxygen Sensor. Don't know if this helps or not.
