No CEL? No codes?

Blocked cat ... dirty TPS ... bad gas.

What were the circumstances around when it started doing this?

Anyways like TMS said, either fuel pump isn't putting out good presure or your cats clogged. My money is that the cat is clogged. Crawl under and take out the O2 sensor BEFORE the cat and start it up. See if it will idle better, usually that hole the O2 was in will let out enough exhaust so you can tell if thats the problem.

Thanks for the advice guys. My first thought was that it was the cat I just didn't check it yet but now I am going to. Sounds like a pretty simple fix.
