Turning Passenger Side Airbag "ON"

I just bought a 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 (reg cab, RWD)

When I got the truck the Side Airbag light was turned to OFF and the light is on. It has a key hole, but I have NO idea what key is supposed to go in there. How do I turn the passenger side airbag "ON?"

I'm sure this is a stupid question, but I do not have the manual for the truck.

Ignition Key, read the owners manual

Note, the ignition key only goes in halfway, then turn. Much like using a Q-tip in your ear:

Stop when you meet resistance!
