'96 2500 dual steering stabalizer help??
i recently bought a skyjacker dual steering stabalizer. i went to install it and found that the bracket for the oem stabalizer looked like it had be cut off and re-welded in a different spot, maybe. then the drag link was in a totally different angle than what the kit looked to be set up for. i am kinda confused. my truck had a 3" suspension lift when i bought it could the installer of that have screwed around with the steering compnets?
i went ahead and used one of the stabalizers from the kit to replace the badly worn oem stab. which greatly helped with controling the truck. the kit i bought said it was completly bolt on and there was no way it will work on my truck.
