Did you use the Hypertech to adjust the speedo for tire size? I too find it weird that you have a decrease in RPM by chagning stuff the doesn't affect what RPM you are doing a a given speed.
If you used the hypertech to adjust for tire size changes then you COULD be turn 200-400rpm lower (265/75/16 these are about 31" versus the 32" tire you are running)

01SLT4x4- Cool! I'm glad you're feeling a performance difference with your mods. My truck, bone stock, also felt sluggish with slow acceleration off the line before I started installing aftermarket mods just this past August. Enjoy your mods.
