Default Stripped headlight adjustment screw

On my 2000 Sport my up/down adjustment screw for the drivers side headlight is stripped out. The torx head of the screw is rounded out and I cannot raise the light. The screw was seized and even after spraying with PB Blaster it still didn't budge and the torx rounded out inside.
Do I just have to remove the headlight assembly or does that screw have to come out first? I figure if I can just pull the headlight out with the adjustment screw intact I can just notch it with a dremel and use a flathead.
Any ideas?

I recently had to adjust mine due to an inspection. If I were you- try and get that stripped screw out, and just replace it with a new one, or get one from the scrap. I f you change the light assembly, it means you will have to adjust both the side & up - down angles. It is just a pain in the a$$. Good luck Bro!

I will try to get that one out. I just didn't know if I had to pull the headlight assembly out to get at it or not. I don't know any other way to grab on to it without pulling the whole thing.
I looked online at Napa and Autozone and neither carried the screw...online at least.
