ok here goes... i have a 2000 2500 4x4 with 97000 miles on the 360.... rebuilt tranny less than 10,000 miles.... i was pulling a empty 16 ft utility trailer getting on the highway.. running just barely 55mph...motor was pinging and didnt seem to have any power between 2000 and 3500 rpms. tranny wasnt shifting til i let off.... im really tired of dealing with this truck but im so upside down in payments that i gotta just deal with it.. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE P.O.S............. I HAVE A WARRANTY JUST DEPENDS IF ITS COVERED... PLEASE HELP..........

 

Probably your plenum gasket, its a very common problem...

Search for it and you'll find lots.
