my ram has this problem of blowing the SAME fog light every time.. i went threw 3 sets already because the left 1 keeps going

Easy to change, not sure on the later years but for my 96 2 screws holding each light to the bumper. For what the dealer will want you could go with aftermarket on ebay for less and get the chrome/clear fog lights. Look better than the factory replacements IMHO.

So tell us some details about your truck. Motor, tranny, cab, any upgrades that you know of and pics if you have any would be great

May have a bad electrical connector or ground on that fog light.

Sounds like you have a bad ground. Jump a ground wire from the light to the frame and I bet the problem goes away.

*edit* Thinking about it, I'm not sure how the lights ground out. If the wire does go straight to the frame, try a different part of the frame or make a new, clean hole to bolt to.
