I been noticing it seems like my throttle has been sticking. The pedal returns all the way. But the rpms dont drop when I shift. It will also to pull when I let off in gear. More noticable when still cold, but also happens when warm. Any thoughs on what this might be?

Check your throttle linkage at the throttle body and make sure nothing is hanging up there. You might also have a bad Throttle Position Sensor. Lots of info on-site on how to replace it....
