Default power upgrade

I would like to upgade the power on my 1992 cummins. What is the best way to get 30 to 50 more horses from the stock engine?

i doubt they make programmers or chips for that late of a model. but injectors would be a big one.. along with exhaust and intake. later on i'd get a aftermarket turbo.. running all of those would add about 150 extra horsepower and a ungodly amount of torque.

your engine is mechanical so there isn't a chip you can buy. What injector pump do you have??? the p7100 pump is really easy to play with to get a few more horses out of it. You'll also get more answers if you post this over in the cummins section, drew can tellya everything you need to know
