Default Exhaust Help

I have a 97 1500 W/ the 360 and am planning on redoing my exhaust. I have 3 ideas but cannot decide on which way to go, nor do I know the best diameter to run for them. I am wanting more low end power, Though not neccesarily wanting the setup with the most low end power. I would just like to know how each would affect performance, sound etc... So any opinions on the 3 setups and insight on power gains, volume, and sound would be greatly appreciated.

Setup 1.) Cat W/ dual outs into 2 mufflers then immediately dumped with turn downs right off the mufflers. Would like to run
Flowmaster though I am unsure which series to run with the dual muffler setup.

2.) Pretty much the same as setup 1 but W/ single out cat to 1 flowmaster 40 series then again immediately dumped.

3.) And lastly, true duals. Also again with the dump after mufflers, or maybe even all the way out with tips.

Right now I have a single out cat to single pipe then split into duals right in front of the rear end with no muffler at all. The whole exhaust is getting kind of rusted and I dont really like the sound a whole lot. For some reason its actually pretty quiet, its really at its loudest at under 3k rpm. Which I thought was odd because theres no muffler. But anyway, any help would be appreciated.
