TC Sounds pwns all!!!!
http://www.tcsounds.com/db500.htm

Fi is the new internet brand of the past couple months....but for good reason.
https://ssl.perfora.net/www.ficaraud...iew.shopscript

The tc needs about an inch more mounting depth than the fi, but if you can get it in the box you were looking at I would go with the TC for sure.
To install this you will need the following
sub
amp
power/ground wire
rca's
remote wire for amp
speaker wire
fuse holder/fuse
box
This is assuming you have an aftermarket headunit...if not the rca's wouldnt be needed and you would need something else, but we will deal with that if you don have an aftermarket. How much were you wanting to spend on everything, that will help with what is reccomended.?

thanks, that tc looks like a good deal.
I dont have an aftermarket headunit, nor do i want one. I like the factory look. It is the Infinity system though, so I dont know if that came with a higher amp headunit or not.
I really dont want to spend more than like 350-400.

Ok well then you jst need to get a line output converter or get an amp with speaker level inputs, some call them high level inputs. I will get ya a list of stuff I think would work good for ya when I am not so freakin busy in a few days.

i personally like MTX Thunder 4500 subs, about 120-140 a piece for 10's and they kick plenty hard, especially for the small cab of a truck. mine's in a really narrow box, about 6 in deep. not alot of boom outside but inside it's great. i don't know what model my amp is off the top of my head, but it's a tiny kicker amp. i have the bass setting on lowest possible on the amp and it thumps great. i like something this size for the cab of a truck, hardly noticeable.

PS, did anyone know that silicone works great for patching holes in your speakers?
