Default truck won't crank

help!!! i put a new engine in a 1999 ram, 1500, 5.2, 4wd and it ain't crank'in. i took it to a shop and they can't figure it out either. i need to get a pin voltage chart for my ecm. where can i get this. also, it's been at their shop for a month and i didn't put a/f in the radiator and now it's leaking out the back of the block. i don't think theres freeze plugs in there either. they said it ain't firing and neither are the injectors. the coil and ecm will crank other trucks. i'm out of ideas. i build and race old cars, but this new stuff, i just don't work on.

does the CEL and gauges cycle when you turn the key on??? Have you checked fuses and relays??? I know in some cases that a sensor that is shorted to ground will turn off the ecm. The ecm shuts down to protect itself.

I'm scratching my head and feeling like I missed something ... the pcm tells the starter to crank the motor?

what's the CEL. everything works as normal as always. the gauges, my oil pressure starts up, we checked the fuses. the mechanics started running down the wiring and said they would like the pin voltage chart if i could find one. also, this truck had alot of ground wires. we can't find anything disconnected. also, when i put the injectors back in, they wouldn't go in all the way. it's like they're too short to fully seat the o-rings. i could've stuck them in first, but it would've been about impossible to get the clips back on, plus they still looked like they would've pulled out.

I just did the injectors in my daughters car and the bottom o-rings stayed in when i pulled the original injectors out. I had to fish the old ones out before the new ones would go back in.
Have you pulled your starter and bench tested it? Just a thought.

just use a piece of wire to jump across the solonoid on the starter. no need to pull it unless it still doesn't crank.

Be sure to use a heavy guage wire. You used to be able to jump them with a screw driver but that was when you could still see your starter from above. Dont know how much access you have to the solenoid from under neath.
