turbos on 1500's

Default turbos on 1500's

do any of you guys got turbos or cold air intakes on a 99' dodge ram 1500??
like i kno its not a racing truck but i think id b pretty intense to add some more hp and tourque

Well there is a huge difference between a turbo and a CAI. Many many guys have various types of CAI's. Not many have a turbo on a gas engine. I read about more superchargers then turbos setups.

like idk i think a cai would b sweet...like idk **** the turbo or w/e its not a racing truck i really don't need it and also i just went a sick lift maybe like 2.5 3 inch and some sick tires and rims and like a ****in crazy brushguard

Turbo + truck = bad news. I still can't understand why someone wants to make a machine that's not designed for handling go "realy, really fast".

Psssshawww. If I want to race against someone with tiny wiener syndrome, I'll use an air-cooled Volkswagen Believe me, it happens a lot.

but if my truck gets to 60 faster then another pickup were in the green, but then ur looking at a supercharger since the turbo has to spool up

or use the turbo to kick butt up top, and the torque of your big beefy V8 to blow the tread off your tires down low.
