Default Cam shaft upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade my cam shaft to get more low end torqueon my 5.2L 1500 RAM.
I found two cam shaft, one from PAW which the Crane 260/264 duration with lift of .458/.464 and
the other from Mancini 272/278 duration with .467/.482.
Which one should I go for?
also
Is it the same cam shaft used for 5.2L and 5.9L?

Most guys'll tell you to change to 1.7 ratio roller rockers before you start swapping out your camshaft. For the money and ease of installation, it's an excellent power addon for the stock valvetrain. Harland Sharpe makes a set of aluminum roller rockers for the dodge magnum engines and they come either adjustable or non-adjustable. Save yourself the hassel and the money and buy the non-adjustable rocker arms.

I'm not sure what you're telling me, are you saying that there is no need to swap out the cam shaft? All I need to do is to replace the stock rockersto roller rockers to achieve the same result?

Replacing the stock 1.6:1 ratio rocker arms with 1.7:1 ratio roller rockers will make your valvetrain see a "bigger" cam than there actually is. It's a lot easier than replacing your cam and you'll see some pretty good increases in midrange power. If you're feeling ambitious, you can replace your valve springs and/or pushrods with some stouter ones from comp cams. As for the rocker arms, i'd recommed the aluminium, non-adjustable roller rockers from Harland Sharp. http://www.harlandsharp.com/bolton3.htm part number S70037. For a good article on installation, check out http://www.pavementsucks.com/tech/rollerrocker.php

if you are gonna swap out the cam, get the whole kit that comes with the rockers and the rest of the hardware. it would be easier doing the swap now than piece by piece at a later date.
