? for all "offroad" rams
hey guys my leveling kit came in today from top gun customz. my question is; of those who have put the coil spacers in their trucks how many have changed the control arms? if you haven,t do you have any problems ? if you did what ones did you get? adjustable or not? what manufacturer did you go with and how much. also what else did you change? and what shocks and size did you get ?
i plan on lifting the truckmore down the line with suspension lift and i dont want to buy control arms and other parts now to have to change them in a couple months for the new lift. please let me know of your experiences. thanx off road

unless they come factory with longer control arms then a 4x4.. anymore then 3 inches with just a 4x4 needs longer control arms.. so yeah silver has a point.. that'll be 4 inches. i dont have a offroad so i have no idea if they come with longer control arms stock to keep the axle centered right
the kit is just to spacers . . .

I don't believe you'll need control arms, you should have your front end checked for alingement. It will make a tad bit of difference, depending on your tires andwheel offset (stock wheels are ok) whether you get some rub or not.
The reason to add longer control armsis because as you raise your front axle, the control arms swing the axle back in an arc, putting your tires closer to the rear of the front fender.
As far as I know, off road rams came with the same length control arms as a standard ram.
