Default outside brake lights

My brake lights don't work when I step on the pedal. The taillights, turn signals and flashers work but the brake lights don't. The 3rd light won't work either. The fuse for the stop lamp is good. What else should I check?

I take it you replaced the fuse inside the truck. There's another one under the hood in the fuse box behind the battery.
