Default 98 Dodge 1500 another problem

Hey all,

Perhaps some of you have read my computer woes a couple of weeks back. No fire, new crank position sensor, new coil, new cap, new rotor. Than towed to the shop where a new computer was put in.
4 days later again it would not start. This time I missed work. Called the shop that had fixed it 4 days back and they towed it within the hour. 2 days later the said the problem wasa burned upbuss under the fuse/relay box under the hood..
I bought a second car that day.
Today there is yet another problem.
Got in it to go to work and it would turn over and over but would not crank. No time to evakuate cause. Swapped some relays in the box...no help.
Turned the key to on and a contant rapid clicking under the hood was happening. I popped the hood and it wasthe vacuum thing on the right fender well. Just looked and my guess at this paoint is tranny vacuum. Just a guess. Uploaded a small picture of the clicker.
I just got home in my new car and hopped in the truck for yucks and she started right up.
I did hear that clicking for a second.
What the heck guys, this is 3 days it worked this time...disregarding th fact it just started. Something is amiss. I doubt this thing clicking is really keeping it from starting????&*^&^$ ASD relay.
It turned over great but I had no time to check fire or fuel though the fuel pump ran.
HELP... $2000 in 2 weeks on a8 year old truck
Michael

Sorry I can't help you out with this but I can tell you that thing on the passenger fender is the EVAP assembly bracket that holds the EVAP canister purge solenoid. I only know this from the installation instructions for the K&N FIPK.

If the GTO is your new car, sell the truck and buy a pile of tires for the Goat.
Then buy the SLP loud mouth exhaust and a shifter kit. My brother has a 2004 GTO with the exhaust and the thing sounds awsome.
