Why is Chrysler being sued?

 

he got that much damage from hitting a motorcycle???

 

if its what i read he hit a bike head on then hit a power pole ..this bike some said it was a moped.... but sue dodge for what ? i guess the truck killed the guy ........

 

also struck a electric pole


He was passing on a double yellow line while driving drunk and Chrysler is being sued ??

From what I read on an article is thatit was a Dodge sponsored vehicle. Evedently Dodge owned it and he drove and advertised with it. Just what I read. This is not the original detailed post but has some info. The bike was an 83 Yamaha.
