According to the article his lisence was suspended...why dont they sue the MVD for not making sure he wasn't driving?...While thier at it sue the beer company for making the product that made him drunk?...Sue Billy's dad, it's his fault he's here?...Sue his mom it's as much her fault he's here...The list goes on and on There is only "ONE" person they should be able to sue...and that is Billy for being an idiot!!! Winning lottery ticket nails it right on the head! The family should be more concerned about the loss of thier son than who they can sue...but they miss him so much they need to be set for life. This country has become sue happy...got to go call my lawyer, the neighbors dog just crapped in my yard again!

 

Naaaaaaaa ........ hate to see anyone get physically damaged for some wrong. Financially damaged is a whole nuther thing...................
