Default 1500 V6 not starting

I’m having a problem with my 2001 dodge ram 1500 v6 (100,000 miles) not starting.
A few weeks ago I noticed some hesitation while starting before it actually fired, I’m not sure if this is related. I came home from work (30 min drive) turned it off and had to move it a couple minutes later and it would not start anymore. I tried starting it and it absolutely will not fire. I can crank the engine and it turns over just fine but is doesn’t even seem to try to catch. I’ve changed the plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor and it still won’t start. I’ve verified that I have fuel pressure and spark at the coil and plugs, and now I’m not sure what else to try. Any ideas would be very helpful.

I would check your fuel lines/fuel pump/injetors first. Then i would check your ignition system (moisture in the system, wire could have come loose, ignition coil, cap, rotor, etc.). This is probably unlikely, but you could also have contaminated fuel. Check your cam positioing sensor also. Sorry, i just reread it and realized that you had checked a lot of this already.

yeah, i've checked everything i could suspect. and i've run out of ideas. it couldn't be a sensor problem, the check engine light is not on. it couldn't be a battery problem, battery is charged and i get spark at coils and spark plugs. fuel pressure is fine, fuel injectors couldn't have all gone bad at once...
does anyone else have any other suggestions?

Well u have checked fuel and spark .
How about air in and exhaust out?
What about timing is it crankin real fast or slow?
Maybe the crank sensor or cam sensor?
Do u have acesses to a code scanner?

how would i check the air in and exhaust out?
i can feel the exhaust exitingthe tailpipe.
its cranking at normal speed.
how would i check the crank and cam sensors to see if they are working properly?
i do have a code scanner, and i shows no errors.

sorry about that post. didnt mean to be a dick. posted after a long day of beer.have you checked your iac? it allows air to get into the engine when you dont have your foot on the gas. where you having any trouble other than that before it died? poor throttle response, hesitation?
