had x terrains on my 4door superduty....had em for about 23000 miles before i sold the truck and they still had plenty of tread left. great performance, excelled in sand, mud was about average, rocks i never do. good road manners and the sidewalls on em are super thick so i would guess they would handle rocks pretty well.
I have heard good things about those goodyear....minus they do clog up kinda easy in clay/real thick mud.....You hate your pro-comp, so I wouldnt get those again....I like the trxus or the baja claw's.....
Hey Tani why don't u look at some of the Maxxis tires like the Mudzilla or buckshot mudder.
I'm gettin ready to go back for a set of the Maxxis Bighorns . They look like the buckshot , but they're siped too.
If those don't interest u look at the TSL radial .

I have the pro-comp xtreme at's on my '05 and they have performed really well... +30k miles on them and they still have alot of life left in them. Never been stuck in any situation so far... some mud and snow...
